  • Inactivity surpassing 14 days will result in removal from the guild without prior warning. The only exception to this rule is if players inform Officers about their absence in advance.
  • Sui Juris has an age restriction of 18 years, but Guild Masters reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule.

Raiding:

  • Players may not raid with other guilds or PUGs unless the instance or mode is specifically listed as FFA. Raiding of non-FFA instances with other guilds is a reason for removal from the guild. 25 man raids are allowed to be pugged, since we are only doing 10 man raids until further notice.
  • Everyone regardless of rank must register and sign for every raid in the Guild Calendar in-game.
  • Everyone must be on time at the instance they have signed up for. Anyone who is not on time will be summoned and will not receive the on-time DKP bonus.
  • If someone know they will be late for a raid, or cannot stay for the whole raid, they must notify the raid leader before joining. The raid leader may choose to replace them with a player that will be able to stay the full time.
  • Raid leader will invite those who are signed in The Calendar and online 15 minutes prior to scheduled raid. You are expected to be online 30 minutes before the raid starts.
  • All players should come prepared to raids they sign up for; with add-ons up to date, knowing the tactics, being gemmed, enchanted, having necessary consumables (flask, food, potions) and gold to repair.
  • Showing damage meters in guild channels is not allowed. Only the raid leader is allowed to show it.
  • Chatting in /raid should be at a minimum when distributing boss-loot. Only Master Looter and needers should speak to save time and to make sure the items will go to the right person. Rolling for fun or needing when you don’t need is considered a violation of raid rules.
  • Chatting should also be kept to a minimum when raid leader reviews the tactics for bosses. Consider if what you have to say is information that is necessary for the encounter.
  • Herbs, skins, minerals and other materials gathered will be sent to the guild bank.

Guild members who do not follow the above rules will be given a warning. If they repeat to break the guild rules, they will be removed from guild.

DKP:

Below you will see how you can earn DKP and how much you get for what you do:

  • On time                                         10

Being on time means being online 30 -15 minutes online before the raid starts. You can use the remaining 15 minutes to get to the entrance of the raid instance so we can start on time.

  • Boss kill                                          15

Each boss we kill will award 15 DKP.

  • Per hour                                        10

Every hour you are in the raid you will receive 10 DKP. After the official raid end time, you receive 5 DKP per half hour.

  • Standby                                          10 (Per hour)

Being on standby means that you are ready to enter the instance at any given time during the raid. This means that your raiding character should be close to it. You will get 10 DKP for every hour you are online, furthermore you will receive your on-time and end bonus. Being late over more than an hour means you won’t be able to get on standby.

  • Progress kill                                  30

The first time we kill a boss during a raid, you will receive 30 DKP.

  • End bonus                                      10

You will only receive your end bonus if you were present in a raid from the beginning    until the end. Everyone in the raid and on standby will receive the end bonus.
